With great sadness we have left the valley but are looking forward to continuing our wildlife photography from our new base Falmouth.

We thank all those who have shown an interest in Marsland Moths and hope our new web site Wildlife Insight will be of interest.

Male Vapourer Moth

As so often seems to happen with public events as soon as the trap goes on it pours with rain. Amazingly a few moths braved the weather in the short time the light was on. This small unimproved culm grassland site has much to offer and hopefully will be revisited next year. My thanks go to Tom Hynes of the North Devon Coast and Countryside Service for inviting me to moth trap.
