Comments B.adustella. D. pulicariae and  A. holmiana New Reserve Records. 10 Crescent Dart and 3 Devonshire Wainscot the pick of coastal species. Fresh westerly made conditions far from ideal.

First dates Cydia splendana, Ypsolopha dentella, Epiblema uddmanniana, Phlyctaenia coronata, Grass Emerald, Dotted Carpet, Ruby Tiger, Crescent Dart, Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing.
Comments A good night  with 2 Crescent Dart, 2 Grass Emerald, 5 Garden Tiger and 3 Phlyctaenia coronata notable garden records. One of the features of 2009 so far seems to be the small size of some species. Several Clouded Border have had a wingspan of less than 15mm wingspan.
