Initial catches of Muslin Moths contain a much higher number of the pale male form than normally recorded from this site. This follows a greater number of both Twin-spotted Quaker and Common Quaker recorded with a wider variation of colour than the previous 3 years.

Not recorded in the garden since 2007 this Orange Underwing was found sunning itself on the bare soil of a raised bed. After a few minutes it flew into a Sallow and spent twenty minutes nectaring.
